About Ariel

I am a trial and criminal defense attorney based in Washington, D.C. I started this practice because people facing criminal charges deserve an attorney who treats them as a person in a difficult moment rather than a file number.

Much of a criminal case is won or lost in preparation. My background is in examining evidence closely, understanding how the government intends to prove its case, and finding the places where that case is weaker than it first appears. I bring that same preparation to every matter I handle, whether it resolves in negotiation, in motions, or at trial.

As a solo practitioner, I do not hand your case to an associate. You will know who is representing you, and you will hear about developments in your case from me directly.

Calls are answered by me, not a call center. If I am in court, leave a message and I will return it.
